  • When you first login you will be asked to reset this password with a new password of your choice. This method of setting up your account ensures that your account is secure from the moment it is created.

+ My virtual classroom link uses Microsoft Teams what do I need to Do?

When you Click on the virtual classroom link you will have the option of:

  • Joining in the browser.
  • Downloading teams to your device.

+ What is the link to access the log in page?

  • Your username will be your email address.

+ How do I view courses I am enrolled in?

  • After you sign in you will automatically land on a page that displays all courses you are enrolled in. Alternatively, you can you select ‘User Menu’ in the top left hand corner and select ‘my account’. To the left you will see a menu, please select ‘courses’ and you will see all completed, in-progress and subscribed courses.

+ How do I view webinars I am enrolled in?

  • Select ‘User Menu’ in the top left hand corner and select ‘my account’. To the left you will see a menu, please select ‘webinars’ and you will see all completed, in-progress and subscribed courses.

+ How do view my certificates?

  • Select ‘User Menu’ in the top left hand corner and select ‘my account’. To the left you will see a menu, please select ‘certification’.

+ Can I download training material?

  • You cannot download our training material; however, you can view all training material in SAFEWARE as and when you need.

+ Can I ask my instructor a question on SAFEWARE?

  • Yes. Please select ‘User Menu’ in the top left hand corner and select ‘my account’. To the left you will see a menu, please select ‘courses’ and you will see all completed, in-progress and subscribed courses. Choose the course you wish to ask the question. When you select this you will land on ‘overview’. Please scroll down passed ‘course description’ and you will see the ‘comments’ section. This is where you can ask your instructor a question. + Where can I find the feedback forms?

  • You will find both your feedback forms under training material.

+ What do I do if my enrolment expires (lock on screen)?

  • If your enrolment expires please contact us at support@occupli.com and we will extend your expiry date.
